COUNSELING SERVICES | MEDICAL SERVICES & IV THERAPY | LIFE COACHING
I'm an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in private practice as a therapist with Mosaic Wellness Center. My philosophy on therapy and practice starts with a personalized, client-centered, and strengths based approach to your needs. I am seeking clients who are committed to personal growth and to finding their best, authentic self. My goal as a therapist is to provide support and feedback for my clients as they develop hope, skills, education and revelation. I want my clients to realize change and live lives of purpose and joy. I believe that every challenge in life brings us a gift of opportunity to be transformed into a stronger, wiser, kinder and healthier person. Yes, that person can be you!
I graduated from Stanislaus State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2002 and a Master of Social Work degree in 2008, Magna Cum Laude. I am licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (#71003). in the last 10 years I have worked as a medical social worker providing care management, resources, and counseling services to families and older adults. I've worked as a school counselor at Soulsbyville Elementary School, working closely with students from pre-K to eighth grade and their families. I interned in a social work setting with Summerville Elementary School, and interned for the the Center for Non-Violent Community (CNVC), working with women's groups, children and youth on probation. I've also volunteered working with pregnant youth, teen mentees and led friendship groups for adolescent girls.

LOVE IS PATIENT, LOVE IS KIND. IT DOES NOT ENVY, IT DOES NOT BOAST, IT IS NOT PROUD. IT DOES NOT DISHONOR OTHERS, IT IS NOT SELF SEEKING, IT IS NOT EASILY ANGERED, IT KEEPS NO RECORD OF WRONGS. LOVE DOES NOT DELIGHT IN EVIL BUT REJOICES WITH THE TRUTH. IT ALWAYS PROTECTS, ALWAYS TRUSTS, ALWAYS HOPES, ALWAYS PERSEVERES.
